In January we affixed ingredient labels to individual packages of frozen garlic mashed potatoes. Our fingers would have enjoyed this job more in July. The Food Bank staff hoped the PUUF and walk-in teams together could relabel all the packages in two pallets in two hours. We set a new record by relabeling four pallets in one hour. The Food Bank staff and I continue to be impressed by the quality and quantity of work contributed by the PUUF team.
