Theology in Time, Session 2 of 6, meets this Sunday at 2:00pm online-only, via Zoom. Our Spring spiritual growth program, provides space for contemplating how our heritage, our personal experiences, and impactful events around us impact our perspectives.
You may complete the optional form below and email it to Rev. Jenny, minister@pocatellouu.org, by Saturday afternoon. Rev. Jenny will not share individual results with the group.
This Sunday, we focus on influences of individualism and collectivism. Does your way of being more or less match the culture in which you live? How does this impact your ability to function and thrive as you desire? The group will learn about a post-WWII experience between school-aged children of Hiroshima, Japan, and children of All Souls Church, Washington, DC.
Grounded in the questions, “where do we come from”, “who are we”, and “where are we going”, these 90-minute sessions provide opportunity to process lived experiences, share stories, and articulate deepening understanding of personal beliefs or meaning-making. Rev. Jenny will facilitate. Sessions are 2pm – 3:30pm, for six Sundays, April 10th, 17th, 24th, and May 1st, 8th, and 15th.
